Looking for a dog that combines intelligence, charm, and a hypoallergenic coat? Look no further than Doodles! Doodles, including Bernedoodles, Goldendoodles, and Golden Mountain Doodles, have gained immense popularity for their unique combination of traits.

At Prairie Willow Dogs, we take pride in breeding Doodles that embody the best qualities of each parent breed.

  • Hypoallergenic Coat:

One of the most appealing aspects of Doodles is their hypoallergenic coat. This means that they shed less and are often more suitable for individuals with allergies. Their low-shedding coat requires regular grooming to keep it healthy and free from mats.

  • Intelligent and Trainable:

Doodles inherit intelligence from both parent breeds, making them highly trainable and eager to please. They excel in obedience training, agility, and other activities that challenge their intellect. Their willingness to learn and adapt makes them an excellent choice for first-time dog owners.

  • Affectionate and Social:

Doodles are known for their affectionate and social nature. They thrive on human companionship and enjoy being part of the family. They are gentle and patient, making them great with children and other pets. Doodles are often described as "velcro dogs" due to their tendency to stick close to their owners.

  • Versatility in Size:

Doodles exhibit a remarkable versatility when it comes to their size, ranging from small to extra large. At Prairie Willow, our Doodle pups come in various sizes, typically ranging from small to large, depending on the parents involved. This wide range of sizes ensures that potential owners can select a Doodle size that perfectly fits their lifestyle and living situation. Whether you're looking for a compact and portable companion or a larger and more robust addition to your family, we have Doodles in different sizes to meet your preferences.

  • Playful and Energetic:

Doodles inherit the playful and energetic nature of their parent breeds. They love to engage in play, whether it's a game of fetch, a run in the park, or a swim in the lake. Regular exercise is essential to keep them mentally stimulated and physically fit.

If you're looking for a dog that combines intelligence, charm, and a hypoallergenic coat, a Doodle from Prairie Willow Dogs is the perfect choice. These affectionate and trainable dogs will bring endless joy and companionship to your home.

Stay tuned for our next blog, where we'll dive deeper into each Doodle breed, including Bernedoodles, Goldendoodles, and Golden Mountain Doodles!

Reading this post brought me straight back to the day my sister brought home a rescued doodle puppy. We were skeptical at first, wondering if a mixed‑breed could truly be as smart and affectionate as the articles claim. Within hours the little guy figured out how to open the pantry door, nudging the latch with his nose, and then promptly dropped a half‑eaten sandwich at my feet as if to say “thanks for the snack.” What struck me most was how he seemed to sense my mood; when I was stressed over a work deadline, he nestled against my leg, his warm eyes almost apologetic https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaming_control_board That blend of quick learning and genuine charm is exactly what makes doodles stand…

Reading this post brought back the memory of the day I first adopted my doodle, Milo. I was skeptical about a mixed‑breed, fearing he’d be too energetic to manage, but his quick intelligence surprised me instantly. Within minutes he learned to fetch the newspaper without a single command, and later that week he was opening cabinet doors just to steal a treat—pure charm mixed with cleverness https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayNow.com Watching him solve a puzzle feeder in the living room reminded me of the balance you describe: sharp mind, affectionate nature, and that goofy grin that melts any stress. It’s funny how a single dog can teach you patience and still keep you laughing, especially when he decides a sock is a chew…

This title really resonated with me! It brought back memories of my childhood dog, a scruffy little terrier mix we called Buster. He wasn't a purebred Doodle, of course, but he had that same intelligent sparkle in his eyes that you see in them. Buster was incredibly clever; he’d learned to open the pantry door by himself to sneak treats, and he could somehow anticipate when we were going for a walk just by the jingle of my dad’s keys https://www.afp.gov.au/news-centre/media-release/bitcoin-beachside-mansion-and-mercedes-benz-qld-man-forfeits-more-52 Yet, alongside all that smarts, he was just the sweetest, most affectionate dog. He’d curl up at your feet while you read, or nudge your hand for a scratch behind the ears. He truly embodied that blend of brains…
